Future is not what it used to be!

Once upon a time when you wanted to do business, all you needed to decide- 'What it is going to be!' Give it a name that the family approved; spread the word around that you needed a few persons to man your business; employees walked in; they seemed promising and even coachable; you hired them; business started happening; and you could see prosperity around the corner. All that was yesterday. Future is not what it used to be.

Now it is difficult to get people, you approve, to work for you. How to get ahead in the business seems to be a nightmare. Yet the Future is brighter than it ever used to be. How to solve this riddle is the question all most everyone is entertaining and yet only a few are vocal about it. Fixers, dream sellers, cutthroat poachers and fly-by-night operators of all types and sizes crowd the field of recruitment. They are thriving due to support of a few organizations and individuals. Certainly there are many outstanding persons and organizations capable of delivering effective solutions. Yet only a few care to deal with those operating in an ethical manner and in the process merit takes a back seat and so does the competitiveness of the organization.

Think- 'For how many minutes would we let an unscrupulous person to sit in our drawing room?' So what is he doing in your business premises?
